Terms of Use

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Khachatur Ghazaryan, trading as Panic Studio, for the Panic Singer application and related services. By downloading, accessing, creating an account, or using Panic Singer, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

App-store rules and mandatory consumer laws also apply. On Apple platforms, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a valid custom agreement replaces it. If these terms conflict with non-waivable law, that law controls.

You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian permits your use and has reviewed these terms. Do not enable a feature that requires consent unless you can lawfully provide that consent.

Panic Singer is a general-audience Teen-rated music game. It is not designed for children under 13. We may restrict or remove features when age, region, safety, or platform rules require it.

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use Panic Singer for private, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and applicable store usage rules. The application is licensed, not sold.

You may not copy, redistribute, rent, sell, reverse engineer, bypass security or purchase controls, extract or reuse the catalog, create derivative works, automate access, or interfere with the service, except where applicable law expressly permits an activity that cannot be restricted by contract.

Guest play is available for many features. Account features may include cloud progress, profile, leaderboards, feedback history, data export, and cross-device recovery. You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in method, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Usernames and profile content must not impersonate another person, infringe rights, contain unlawful or abusive material, or mislead other players. We may rename, restrict, or remove a profile where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

Panic Singer provides music-trivia gameplay using song information, artwork, and short audio or externally linked content. Third-party music, names, trademarks, artwork, and recordings belong to their respective owners. Making content available in the game does not transfer any rights to you.

Content availability can vary by country, language, category, licence, platform, or network condition. You must not capture, extract, redistribute, publicly perform, or use game content outside the gameplay experience unless separately authorized by the relevant rights holder.

Eligible Timer mode scores may appear on public leaderboards with your display name, username, country, avatar, random public ID, rank, and gameplay statistics. Lives mode and local VS mode are excluded from leaderboard scoring unless we clearly announce a future change.

Do not manipulate scores, exploit defects, automate gameplay, share compromised accounts, or interfere with fair ranking. We may reject, correct, or remove scores and restrict leaderboard access when we reasonably believe results are invalid, abusive, or technically corrupted.

Digital purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple, Google, or another displayed store. Prices, taxes, trials, billing cycles, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the store terms shown at purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through the store before renewal.

In-app coins, rewards, categories, and entitlements are limited licences inside Panic Singer. They have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed outside the app. We may correct balances created by error, fraud, duplicated rewards, chargeback, or technical failure. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Rewarded ads are optional and initiated by you to request a displayed benefit. Ad availability and completion are not guaranteed. Advertising providers may apply their own eligibility, consent, and technical rules.

Panic Singer may display sponsored releases, albums, artists, concerts, or similar music offers. If you enable personalized music offers, first-party song-answer information may be used to select relevant offers as described in the Privacy Policy. Choosing general offers does not limit ordinary gameplay.

• Do not use Panic Singer unlawfully or to harm, threaten, harass, deceive, or impersonate anyone.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, probe security, distribute malware, overwhelm infrastructure, or evade technical limits.
• Do not cheat, alter the client, falsify requests, abuse promotions, or obtain coins, purchases, scores, or access by unauthorized means.
• Do not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Do not resell, commercially exploit, scrape, or build a competing catalog or service from Panic Singer content or data.

If you send ideas, suggestions, or product feedback, you grant Panic Studio a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual licence to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback without compensation or attribution. This does not transfer ownership of personal data, which remains governed by the Privacy Policy.

Panic Singer, its software, original interface, branding, compilations, game systems, and service materials are owned by Panic Studio or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited licence above, no rights are granted to you.

If you believe content in Panic Singer infringes your rights, email panicsingerapp@gmail.com with identification of the work, the disputed material, your contact details, and a good-faith explanation of your claim.

Panic Singer relies on or links to services provided by Google, Apple, Firebase, RevenueCat, YouTube, and other displayed providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. You must comply with applicable third-party agreements, including your device, network, app-store, and payment-provider terms.

We do not control external content or services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, or separate conduct. Use of an external service is at your discretion and subject to mandatory law.

We may update, add, restrict, suspend, or discontinue content or features to improve the product, meet legal or platform requirements, protect users, or respond to technical and licensing conditions. We do not promise that every song, category, service, promotion, or device will remain available indefinitely.

Updates may be required for security or compatibility. Network features require a suitable internet connection and may be affected by outages outside our control.

You may stop using Panic Singer at any time and may delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a serious or repeated breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal requirement, or discontinuation of the service. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice or a chance to remedy the issue.

On termination, the licence ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limits of liability, and dispute terms, continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panic Singer is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, permanent availability, exact song metadata, or that gameplay will meet every expectation. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Panic Singer is an entertainment product. Scores, music-interest inferences, achievements, and recommendations are not professional advice or objective assessments of ability or preference.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panic Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, data, opportunities, or goodwill arising from use or inability to use the service. For claims that may lawfully be limited, total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Panic Singer during the twelve months before the claim or 50 US dollars.

These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

For an app obtained through Apple’s App Store, these terms are between you and Panic Studio, not Apple. Panic Studio, not Apple, is responsible for Panic Singer, maintenance and support, and addressing product, consumer-protection, or intellectual-property claims, subject to these terms and applicable law. Apple has no warranty obligation except any refund required under its store terms.

The Apple licence is limited to Apple-branded products you own or control and use permitted by the App Store Usage Rules, including Family Sharing where available. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States embargo and are not on a prohibited-party list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce the Apple-specific provisions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Yerevan have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in another court or under another law.

Before filing a claim, please email panicsingerapp@gmail.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or using a right that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms for product, legal, security, or operational reasons. The effective date and version identify the current terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or another reasonable channel where required. Continuing to use the service after updated terms take effect means you accept them, except where law requires a different form of agreement.
